Silicon Eurocluster project consortium meets in Brussels

The TICE.PT participated in the plenary meeting of the Silicon Eurocluster project, which took place in Brussels on 10 and 11 July. This project seeks to promote the ecosystem of semiconductors and microelectronics in Europe and strengthen the collaboration between the European Clusters that work in this technological aspect. One of the lines of action of the Silicon Eurocluster project was the provision of a funding opportunity of € 80,000 to SMEs for the development of innovative solutions in the area of microelectronics, including the use of technologies such as radio communications, cybersecurity, energy capture, AI, sensors or photonics.

During this meeting in Brussels, the results of the experts' evaluation of the applications received for funding were examined. The final result of this evaluation should be communicated to the competitors by the end of July.
