Projeto Augmanity - Apresentação dos Resultados

Last June 29, the Bosch company in Aveiro hosted a meeting of partners to present the results of a modernization project applicable to the industry.

Augmanity project has Bosch as a leader and the University of Aveiro with an extremely important role in scientific leadership.

It mobilizes entities such as the TICE.PT cluster, Altice Labs, Ikea, AAPICO, Oli, Huawei, competence centers and universities.

The session took place between 2:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. and had as alignment:

• Reception to guests and subscribers
• Presentation in auditorium, by PPS with "pitch of 5min" + 5min Q&A
• Market place by PPS with presentation of the results 
• Visit to the factory, use cases implemented
• Closing session 

This project, since its inception had as its main objective to reduce emissions, improve the efficiency of industrial processes, develop production processes according to the characteristics of the active population and prepare human resources for a new industrial reality (industry 4.0). A project that aims to transform the industry in the name of the well-being of workers in a more humanized vision of the productive system.

The Augmanity project had an investment of 8 million euros, co-financed by the FEDER through Portugal 2020 - Operational Program Competitiveness and Internationalization (COMPETE 2020) and LISBOA 2020.
