Mealhada was the center of the discussion of Smart Cities and Destinations with the event Smart Travel 2024

On the 17th and 18th of April, the city of Mealhada hosted the 10th Edition of "SmarTravel 2024".

The TICE.PT was present at the event, in the person of Pedro Roseiro (Member of the Executive Committee), who was in charge of moderating the debate that had as its motto "Stakeholders and Technologies Panel" and where Ricardo Martins (Smart Cities Expert), Rui Nuno Castro (Startups & Innovation Expert), Guillaume Mandolini (Smart Cities Galaxy), João Gomes (accessible Tourism Expert), Pedro Pedrosa (Portugal A2Z) and Vânia Freitas (Lightenjin) participated. 

The event was once again disruptive in form and content with thematic panels and national and international speakers who addressed topics as diverse as mass tourism, political strategy, urbanism, the human/technological dichotomy, sustainability, planning and mobility, marketing and communication, creativity and economy, among others.
